"Merry-go-round" (1995)
Geschwind creates artworks which remind you of simple Scandinavian toys...however, these "toys" are filled with humor, malice, and, sometimes, catastrophe after machine-like repetition.

His works include:

  • "Moving Trash Series (1997-)," in which a pile of trash moves around in a gallery
  • "Merry-go-round (1995)," in which figures going happily round and round as the audience-members step on a pedal become more and more demolished
  • "Monkey Business (1996)," in which animal figures go around punching and kicking one another
